This course will focus on the curricular area of SESE, in particular the area of history.
It will also provide opportunities for teachers to integrate history with other subjects such as Visual Arts, English and Dance.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
Further their knowledge of the History Curriculum.
Examine and become familiar with local historical monuments.
Explore and take part in Sean-nós Dancing.
Participate in field trips include: Rock of Dunamaise, Emo Court, Slieve Blooms and Mountmellick Museum.
